The staff are exceptional. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious and includes an excellent bathroom. It has a marvelous location in Franklin, very close to a nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from.

The room is quiet with a shower, also they can offer wake-up service. The location is secluded.

The bathrooms are quite small.

The breakfast was delicious and outstanding and had lots of options. Our rooms were spacious and huge with a shower. The hotel's position was great, just off shops and restaurants in the Franklin/Brentwood area south of Nashville, and Baker's Bridge. We had a great stay here and would return there.

The breakfast here is delicious, and the rooms are modern and clean, each equipped with three comfy beds and a fridge. You'll also find a convenient setup for making tea and coffee, along with a fridge for storing your drinks and snacks. ☕

The hotel's location was great, just a short 10-15 minutes' walk from a nearby shopping mall. There were plenty of dining options nearby, with restaurants right next door and the mall and other shops down the street.

The hotel staff was incredible and pleasant. Everything in the hotel was brand-new. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was extremely spacious. The property was placed in a secluded location, yet near everything in Cool Springs. The hotel was close to restaurants in the Franklin/Brentwood area south of Nashville. The food was great and outstanding.

Excellent location in the Cool Springs Area. The nearby Chili's Grill & Bar is a great place to chill out. The room was impressive and huge, with a separate bedroom and a shower.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a shower. The location in a very very nice area was convenient and perfect and there were a shopping mall and a big shopping mall nearby.

The rooms were huge with comfy beds and outstanding breakfasts. The setting was unbeatable and fantastic, so close to shops and restaurants in the Franklin/Brentwood area south of Nashville and Cool Springs Galleria and many restaurants and stores which were very close.

The room was amazing - spacious and super clean. Loved the soft sheets and the perfectly firm but comfy bed. The hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate and yet tucked away in a quiet area. It's also near some great restaurants, some within walking distance. The staff was polite and friendly, and the large shower was a bonus.

The pillows were a letdown for me, but I'm pretty picky about pillow firmness and fluffiness. The heating/cooling unit went out during my stay, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Franklin. The room was neat and terrific, it came with king bed, a shower, fridge.

It's luxurious hotel with welcoming staff that works the night shift. Marvellous location near everything in Cool Springs, and 15 minute walk from an enclosed regional shopping mall.

The hotel was in a secluded location real close to everything we wanted to go to.

The bed was small, that's my bad luck.

The quiet setting was excellent, and there were shopping opportunities nearby.
